HANDLED WITH CARE

  • Each piece of ceramic is unique and take a long time to make, they should be appreciated like a work of art. With a little extra care, it will last you a lifetime.
  • Handmade ceramic pieces are durable but should be handled with care. Just like any other cups or mugs, they will break or chip if dropped or hit onto a hard surface. 
  • Despite all functional ceramic pieces are food safe, I will advise you not to put them in dishwasher or microwave, as it will only shorten its shelf life.
  • Hand wash only if possible. It is IMPORTANT not to soak handmade food pottery in water for a long period of time, as the water will seep into clay where it is unglazed and weakens the body. It may crack when hot water is poured into the cup under thermal shock. 
  • The ceramic pieces will age with use. I strongly discourage to put them in dishwasher, as the corrosive detergents are extremely harsh on the pieces and dull the sheen of the glaze. Any acidic or strong coloured liquids will also penetrate the glazes and become less vibrant and glossy.

 

SHIPPING & RETURNS

  • All items are shipped out from Sydney, Australia. Once an order has been received, the item will be packed and delivered within 1-7 working days. It can take from 5 days up to 3 weeks for your delivery to arrive depending on your location. 
  • We treat each item with care. All ceramic pieces will be bubble wrapped then packed inside a sturdy box insulated with foam sponge for double protection.
  • All domestic and international orders will be delivered using Australia Post, a tracking number will be provided via email address you provided during the checkout process.
  • For all international orders, any customs fees, duties or country taxes is solely the responsibility of the customer. 
  • Things can go wrong during the delivery process and it is out of our control. If a delivery has gone missing, we will try to locate it and raise the issue with Australia Post. Please bear in mind that the process can take up to 60 days for a reimbursement from the Australia Post.
  • All sales are final. We do not refund for change of mind. I want you to be 110% happy with your purchase. If you received your item broken or faulty, please contact me as soon as possible and ship the broken item back to me within 7 days. I will try my best to replace it or fully refund you.
